sound/music streaming

Hi all,
I'm wondering if anyone has any insight on subdividing land in order to allow streaming music/sound to each subdivision of the land thus allowing multiple streams of music on one piece of land. Is this possible? Has anyone tried this? If so, does the music/sound crossfade as you move between the subdivisions or does is suddenly cut?

It cuts. The sound. I had a place with very small houses and the little plots divided, you could set up a different stream in each and every time you got out of the house the music cuts to the street stream. not very pleasant. fading would be nice
