Can I also mention that Spike Linden is probably the most knowledgeable and helpful Linden I've ever run across? He's impressed me with professionalism every time I've spoken with him--even if he was unable to help me.

I haven't had much experience with the Lindens, but I have a very favorable impression of Spike as well :)

Never met or had any occasion to talk to Harmony, but Char helped me with a borked land transaction way back when I was a newb still using my original account, which I will always remember.

There have been other Lindens that have helped me in stressful situations, and I feel really lousy about not remembering their names :(

Yes! And it even sounds like she's smiling on the phone! Customer service with a SMILE! :) :) :)

The whole concierge team rocks. Always got fast answers from them (unlike the regular support).

I avoid mentioning Lucy with anything resembling 'good' or 'helpful'

Steve Linden is awesome as well. He works in graphics behind the scenes. Nice guy, always been supportive of my groups and RPG events as he always shows up. He works beyond the regular 8-5.

A lot of good Lindens on the team...plus, a majority of them are from my town...S.F. :P
