Hope someone can help me out with htis...I am a member of a group and have to have the chat channel open..since this morning i am having trouble with that..
I can type a sentence but when i click enter my text dissapears but the other members can see it....sadly i can't receive responses either..so the chat stays blanc....
Relogged, cleared cache and all, but nothing works......
So i am hoping to find an answer here..please help me out with htis prblem..i would be very greatfull..!!

You have confirmed others can see it, you say? Because one symptom of a silent disconnect is that you can type chat in the edit box of an IM window but it never appears above in the IM conversation.
If others really can see the text, then you may be suffering the results of the massive packet loss that many SLers (including I) have been experiencing the past week. _____________________

thnx for the quick response..but main problem is that the chat stays blanc..so i cant see the chat from others either....and they have confirmed me that there was a lot of chatting going on..
