amount of scripts you can have in one area?

if you had like 40 different scripts all working/running in one house how would it affect it. would it take long to rez out, would there be alot of lag? or anything else.

Sorry, no idea, but I have heard of av's with over 400 scripts in attachments lagging the sim. That many scripts could also be in one prim because of the need to split code and duplicate scripts that get delayed by certain calls.

Totally depends on what the scripts do. Some are CPU intensive, some are not.

If you open up the little performance window (ctl-shift-1, I think), you can look at script performance down in the Simulator section.
