The name of the Residents are ... Customers It is not.. Numbers I thought about starting a poll asking if they should just change the name to numbers, but naw.. how about we just spread the word: Customers. The "Customers" is a bit meaningful. It is not decersive. Therefore, it is.. Customers It is not.. Numbers And the next time something that's different than it was before, remember something - the men and women who use this thing are people.. men, women, with feelings. It's one thing to say "we hear you and are listening.".. It's another thing to say "yeah, take what we give you and STFU". Not very community minded in my opinion. We all need to pull up our big boy/girl pants here, and get behind the Customers. There are ways to implement growth and change, and what I've seen in the Grid and the development on top of bugs is simply deplorable. Think. Just think. Onward to Betterment. ~Jessy

/me chuckles. Cute. I like it. I have said before that when a company wants to be treated like people instead of a nameless, faceless, inhuman, uncivil, uncaring, unfeeling corporation, they need to FIRST treat their customers as something other than nameless, faceless, inhuman, uncaring, unfeeling mushrooms. When I get my tail up on my wingshoulders, it is because I am dealing with a non-entity, because that is what is presented to me most of the time. When someone on the other side makes a sincere effort pierce that corporate veil and deal with me as a person, I am quite happy to be civil; at least until they return to trying to grind my scales off with the Corporate Machine.
