Why is that everytime I teleport, I arrive at the other end with my hair and all detachable items I was wearing attached to my bum?

Minor Bug, and Only You see it like that, to everyone else you Look Normal. If it annoys you just remove, and reattach the Items.

Can't remember if it was me or I was looking at someone else but a hair piece suddenly flew in from the right of the screen and attached itself correctly on the head.
Thank goodness I'd just swallowed my mouthful of coffee just then! Yes, I had the navigation-impaired hair piece too just a few days back. |

Why is that everytime I teleport, I arrive at the other end with my hair and all detachable items I was wearing attached to my bum? Somebody at Linden Labs has an anal fixation? No, the above answers are correct. Make sure you give those attachments a good scrub before reattaching. _____________________

Somebody at Linden Labs has an anal fixation? I wonder if it has something to do with the prolification of devices that attach in that area? ![]() |

Make sure you give those attachments a good scrub before reattaching. Can you refer me to the SL drycleaner you have this done at? A SLURL would be helpful. Thanks! A _____________________

It's odd, my boots always end up up my back side, but my hair always seems to want to live in my right trouser pocket. My watch on the other hand likes being near my navel.

I actually thought maybe this had been fixed as I hadn't noticed it lately. I disagree that only you can see this. I have had people tell me to fix my hair when it looked just fine to me. I always remove all attached prims when I sail, not only does it cut down on the lag but you never know where those things are going to end up

2 bugs, 1 easy work around

I also have had the attachments ending up in terrible places. Sometimes when I teleport my avatar ends up in a weird pose. (Knees bent, butt sticking out) lol I find the easiest way to fix these problems is a quick relog. If we all fill out detailed bug reports for these issues i'm sure eventually Linden Labs will figure out the source of the bugs and correct it with an update.

Why is that everytime I teleport, I arrive at the other end with my hair and all detachable items I was wearing attached to my bum? This is commonly known as the "hair in butt" bug; I'm doing a search for where it was reported previously because we're looking for a solid repro — if it's happening to you "everytime", then hopefully you can tell us (Lindens) how to do it too. If you're interested in helping, please read about our Issue Tracker, login, and then check out: Character attachments moving themselves to wrong places or being lost I'm regularly checking that page for comments, so if you've got something useful to add, please put it there. Thank-you! » https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-374 ![]() _____________________
