SL Ex has closed down till "SL stabilizes"
Any new issues this AM that are causing it to do so? Or just the SAMO-SAMO since the update?

SL Ex announced on thier forum that there are new bugs, problems communicating between SL and SL EX, so they shut buying down until it can be fixed.

Yes, because IMs and emails between objects are borked, SLX cannot reliably operate.

I'm actually rather happy they did this. I found that half my boxes weren't communicating with SLX. Same goes for SLB too... and I lost some info there due to the 'glitches'. So, my next question is:
Will I have to fix my fixes when the rolling update is over?
