Hi.... I owned a group (me and my business partner) which held a 4096 plot on the mainland. Whilst I was away in RL my partner decided to cancel his SL account and tidily removed himself from the group... leaving me. And of course the group became defunct. This all before I came back on. So, does anyone know how I go about retrieving the land (which I had bought in the first place)? I've emailed support, but no answer as yet. Thanks for your time!

Contacting support is the right way to go I think.

As far as I understand it, if the group goes defunct, your tier contribution will be returned to you and the land will be abandoned to Governor Linden.

Thanks Yumi..... although the latter part of your answer sounds rather painful as it was on sale for L$70000 (and cheap at the price too)... which is a bit of an RL hit!
