I'm starting to lose track of all the features that are currently not functioning. I have two 512 plots that I want to join to make a 1024, but the "join land" option is greyed out. Is this a current system glitch, or is there something I'm doing wrong? Thanks.

You just need to drag select a box that is entirely within your own borders, contains land in both plots, and then click 'join'.

I'm not in game now but from what I can rememebr, you first have to select "View property lines" so you can see where the deviding line is between your two lots. Click on your land and select edit. Then you place your mouse on one of the plots and drag it over to the adjoining plot making a connecting square or rectangle. At that point, you should be able to click on the join button to connect the two parcels making them one.
I think that this is pretty close, if not the actual procedure. Hope this helps!

Thanks Hiro and Carolyn. That's all it was. I needed to draw the box. Thanks for such speedy help.

I have two parcels in the same sim but too far to join them by dragging the selection box from one the other.
Is there another way to join that doesn't require the creation of a group?
