What has been anyones experiences trying to get through to the live support chat from the website? I've been having billing issues and trying to get through to them, and keep getting "No operators available", even during their supposed working hours.

When all else fails with a Billing issue drop an Instant Message outlining your situation onto Zee Linden.

The one time I tried Live Chat was for an in-world issue and someone answered right away. I just do tickets for Billing because I usually have a lot to say and I want to make sure I get all down. Or, if you can, try the phones:

* 703-286-6277 long-distance (not free)

Used Support Chat twice. The first was responded within 2 minutes (Frontier Linden). The second time responded before I could finish typing my question (Lotte Linden).

However, I have noticed that any Ticket submitted to the Billing dept takes forever to be responded to.

I'd conclude that;
a) Billing is woefully understaffed for the growth of SL.
or
b) Billing is woefully untrained in how to do their jobs.
or
c) The technical side of Billing is substandard and needs majorly revamped.

I honestly think the answer is a combination of A and B. MAinly because even a monkey can type a response to a Ticket or talk in Support Chat. That no responses are availible, leads me to believe that LL needs at massive hiring of the Billing dept, and to give them the tools needed to handle multi-national billing as travels through SL/LL.
