Starting Lindens?

When I made my account, I decided to buy a whole year thinking I'd get those 1250 lindens...but I still haven't' received them. Now somewhere I think I saw a note about playing for 45 DAYS (!?!?) before receiving. Is this true?

Looks like it, didn't used to be that way, but I guess SL is attracting high levels of fraud and they had to change it.

Go to www.slexchange.com and buy lindens there. They have excellent service and you usually get more lindens for your $US.

Plus they also use the risk API so you dont need to worry about LL taking the lindens back like you do if you buy them on ebay.


The lindex is ridiculous, it is not a real currency exchange like SL exchange is and LL is doing everything they can to send customers to there instead (well thats not really their aim but thats what they are doing).
