I've already got goth, jeans, formal, and a few GlamourGirls ones. I need something new. Thanx! Oh and thanx for the ideas. :)

You know, sometimes all the glitter and glam just gets to be the same old - um - stuff.

I really like the few girl-next-door outfits I got at Luminosity, an unpretentious little wardrobe of very nicely crafted and realistic normal outfits you might see people wearing to a nice restaurant, not out clubbing like most of the apparel in SL. Believe it or not, I get more attention than I can use when I wear these. Not sure why.

Luminosity, Luminous Island, Luminous Island (112, 118, 33)

What I'd like to know is where can I find some normal looking shoes that aren't set to full bright. Who needs shoes that glow in the dark? -- KC

BareRose is a longstanding favorite of mine. Some recent ones that I've come to like from reading "New Products" here on the forums are LVS, Last Call, Neko Dreams (?), and Pixel Dolls.

*self promotes*

I have a wonderful variety of interesting outfits. From pantsuits, to ballgowns, fantasy outfits, a lot of hand drawing and if I say so myself unique and interesting - not you everyday type - of creations.

Enjoy!

Can preview many of my designs on my blog and also on my catalogue:

There are also places like Artilleri, 800-Bettys (not sure of the spelling there) and GirlKultur for retro looks.

Wow some great places listed here.

Nevermore and DE Designs are two favourites of mine. I must add WRONG too. Got some lovely everyday wear from there, as well as a very nice cherry dress: nice in a straighforward, well-designed non-bling kinda way.

Spend most of my time (when not out dancing or whatever) in a polo shirt and scruffy jeans now! Strangely, to echo what KC Despres said earlier, this gets a good few compliments. The other day a guy said 'I love that outfit.' I replied saying thanks but it's very ordinary and plain. He replied 'Exactly. Nice to see something understated that doesn't scream PLEASE PLEASE LOOK AT ME!!!'

i have some pretty casual stuff at my little tiny place, but i am just remodeling, so all of my inventory is not back out yet. 'Bad Kitty', on Shark. :) everything is purposefully PG. (and most of my stuff is cheap, like $10 and $20)

a week ago, it was a fancy outdoor place. now it's going to be some little cabins.

if only i could stay logged in longer than 10 minutes at a time. grrrrrrrrrrrrr

Another vote here for Bare Rose - my favorite outfits all come from there.
