How do I delete landmarks? |

Not from inventory but the ones on the big map that are in the pull down menu labeled "My Landmarks." I have hundreds listed there and haven't been able to figure out a way to delete them.

I'm not in SL right now, but do they by chance match the landmarks (amount of) that are indeed in your inventory folder?

Can you not delete them from your landmark folder in Inventory?

The landmarks are culled from all the landmarks in your inventory folder, whether they're in your "Landmarks" folder or not. There are probably lots of landmarks scattered in various other folders, such as clothing, objects you've purchased, etc. You'll need to delete those landmarks as well as the ones you don't want in your Landmarks folder.

Open your inventory and go to the 'Filter' menu at the top. Select 'Modify Current' and uncheck everything except Landmarks. This will show you all of the LM you have in various folders throughout your inventory, so you can delete or move them into the proper folder without having to open and close everything you own. When you're done, click the 'All' button to recheck the boxes and close the window or select 'Reset Current' from the 'Filter' menu.

The landmarks in the pulldown menu are all the landmarks you have in your inventory. Deleting them from your inventory deletes them from the menu too. If you see one in the menu it's in your inventory somewhere, even if you can't find it easily.

/111/91/185873/1.html#post1522415 /327/95/173832/1.html And my post: Use filters! Often you get a LM with anything you buy and they hide in the folders of the stuff you bought. Every once in a while I do this to get rid fo all the duplicate LMs I have (DO I really need 53 LMs to Pixel Dolls?) Open your inventory Go to 'filters->modify current' Click 'none' then check 'landmarks' All you will see now are all the landmarks in your inventory, no matter where they are, and nothing else. You can now cull out the extras that you don't need. After you are done go to 'filters->reset current' and its all back to normal  _____________________
