Hello to all the talented developers in Second Life. What would be the most effective way to advertise in Second Life to hire developers to work onsite in NYC?

Might be more effective to use the web instead of advertising in Second Life.

Put an ad in Help Wanted.

See what http://secondlife.com/developers/resources.php can do for you.

http://sldevelopers.com/ might be useful.

SLuniverse and Second Citizen have places to put ads.

Search for "script" and "developer" in the inworld group search and at secondlife.com and see what that gets you.

Try the forums at libsecondlife.com.

Put an ad in your signature and make several useful unrelated posts in the content creation forums here.

What do you need developers for? Just a vague sense, like writing scripts to enhance a promotional event or something?
