Ipo Linden?
I used to think so, but actually I think he's a puzzling choice if that's their intended endgame.

He was at Tellme, which has some similarities to LL. Venture funded, great product, great buzz early on, then entered a long period of slow growth while still private. Bought by Microsoft for 800M, not bad ... but for the time the money was tied up, I'm not sure this was the payoff the original investors were after. Haven't looked into how much venture cap they used.

Until they prove otherwise, I'm betting the only real change will be the month they issue bad news. Instead of November, they'll move it up to October.
