I signed up for Premium yesterday and I didn't get the L$1000 sign-up bonus you're supposed to get. When do you get it?

Assuming your credit card hasn't been declined, you will receive your signup bonus 45 days after your signup date.

Holy Time Delay Batman! When I signed up premium back in October, I got my $250 CC info bonus and $1000 signup bonus imediately, it was there as soon as I logged on!!!
