Hello there,
As a good newbie I went to get freebies and I was classifying my inventory. To do it I had to wear things and unfortunaly I wear a skin and I find I cannot unwear it. Now I cannot back to my old appearence, the SL default one. Someone could please tell me how can back to my original shape and skin? The default one?
Also, one suggestion: it should be great have macros to save diff looks.
Thank you very much in advance,
Beth aka Aniela Szondi

Check in your "Clothes" folder for your old skin.
You can't not wear skin. You have to replace it with another one.
And the macros would be a good idea. Probably pretty hard to implement, though...

I could be wrong, but in "edit appearance" isn't there a button or a way to revert back to your default skin? I thought I saw something similar to that anyhow...

it's probably in a folder that also contains all the newbie clothes, hair etc. it's going to be a very generic folder. you might want to rename it after you find it, and drag that skin up into your 'body parts' default folder... make a folder titled 'skins' in the body parts folder and store it there.

I've tried it many-a-time. You have to replace both with another skin or hair. I'd try just looking up "skin" in your inventory. I bet something will come up!

I believe 'Revert' is just for sliders...when you've made some changes, but not saved yet, and you want to go back to your last saved appearance.

1. I left and back SL after I looks grey and things went back..
2. I dont had default skin and shape on Library>Body Parts; I have them under My inventory>Body parts.. if they are what I think they are: female shape and skin outfit. Is that right?
Curiously its not marked as worn as early...

Beth aka Aniela Szondi Probably. But you'll find them in the Library under Clothing, not Body Parts. The reason you see anything labelled as default is that you were given a choice of initial avatars at the beginning. Unless they've changed things since I joined, you can choose one of four male or one of four female initial avatars. All eight exist in the library, so they can't all be labelled 'default'.
