Hi everyone,
can anyone help me, the Island i live on has suddenly crashed and none of us can get back to it, is there a way i can do a restart if i am not on the Island, if not how do i contact a Linden to do it for me. The Island is called Meriland.

Log on to the Support Portal
Select "Submit a Ticket" Are you Basic? Under "Ticket Type" select "Special Questions - Basic Account or Guest Login". Then select "Region is offline". Fill out the appropriate information and submit it. Are you Premium? Under "Ticket Type" select "Region Issues". Then select "Region is down". Fill out the appropriate information and submit it. _____________________
