I have recently build a small mall of 15 shops each witha rental box. Two of the rental boxexs give messages that the shop is over it's prim-limit that I have set to 35.
Now that these 2 particular shops are rented out they give out the message that the shops are over their prim limits and using 69 prims, BUT THAT IS NOT THE CASE !!!
Before they were rented .they even gave the message that they used something like 560 prims.... Strange for a unrented box an empty shop......
does anyone have an odea what the problem might be?????

Check with the creator of the rental boxes. They'll usually either have a group for support or some IM contacts.

Are all the boxes on the same Parcel of land? If the problem boxes are on their own plots of land, then I"d look in the walls, floors, up in the sky, etc., for litter left by others.
You might have the landowner come and help. He can see 'WHO' has prims on the parcel.

your config card might not be correctly filled. the prim count can usually be made to "all", the "group" or the "tenant" right?, if you count group objects the box is prolly counting all the objects set to group including walls and floors... etc

In fact I am the landowner, but no 'hidden' objects found.
And, yes, all the rental boxes are on the same plot of 4096m2 land.
When I am inworld I will check the config card.....

Does the same person Rent TWO of your stalls? (Prim counts are parcel specific, not stall specific...so if someone rents two stalls @ 10 prims each, uses all the prims in each, each rental box will query the land parcel and report back that the user has 20 prims. )

Yes indeed, the person rents two stalls next to each other and indeed the total amount of prims of these 2 stalls is 69 together.
Is there a way to stops these messages as it's quitte annoying to see it daily....

Edit the boxes and state a higher prim limit, or turn the scan function off on those boxes.
