Which SL Bank Do You Use, If Any?

I've only been here in SL for several months. SL Bank gives out real world information, accounting, etc. Ginko seems to get a lot of bad press and I've seen posts on third party sites breaking down how/why Ginko is a failed project or scam, but I don't know much about the issue. I just know the people running it don't give out their real names or info on how they make any money. Some other banks seem to try and give out loans, but I don't see how they could get that to work. One even claims to pay 150% per year, but even trading on the LindeX can't cover that these days. Anyway, my question is this:

Do you use any bank/investment option in SL and if so which and why? Any bad experiences would be interesting to hear or personal opinions on a bank or the SL banking/investment industry.

Personally: I have a few thousand in SL Bank, and that is it so far. Their interest rates are lower than some, but they are more transparent and give out a lot of info, so I think it is more worth it and I'm not as worried that they will just turn off the ATM and run. I don't really trust most of the others as they don't give any real world info or really any info about how their bank works. Some have a notecard which just tell you how to deposit and withdraw and that is it. Weird. I prob wouldn't invest anything over a few thousand in any in world bank.

Thanks!

I use Ginko... some believe it is a pyramid scheme or scam of sorts.
I have never had a problem with ginko, and their interest rate is great.

Yea, I guess my question about Ginko is, how could they be profitable with their history and current holdings? After reading this post (I'll paste the link below) I just can't trust that they won’t simply fold and close down. .1% is nice, but not if after I get some interest, it and my original deposit vanishes.

Just doesn't look good, and this guy breaks it down via math and logic. Whatever, thanks for your reply. Did you see the Reuters article on Ginko? They got slammed.

Do you have a link to that article? I'd be interested in reading that. Thanks.

Truthfully I haven't been able to find it in the game except the machines nor know if it is even worth putting my money in it so I like to know more myself.

I use an alt as a bank.

One of very few I trust with cash.
