How do you reply to messages?! I have replied before and have just seen some posts i want to troll but they do not seem to have a reply at all.
Wait a minute...Is that how it is supposed to be?!?!?

it should be on the bottom of the poster above you or who you wish to reply to..i think if you want to reply to the OP..you choose one of the OP's posts ..i've tried to quote in there and copy and paste and it's all ctrl c and ctrl v.. then i still had to type in the quotes and it still wouldn't quote.. It's just crap!!! \o/  oh ya and make sure you are logged in also..being logged in here doesn't mean you are logged in there..it's like separated even from my dashboard.. CRAP i tell ya!! \o/ ETA: with a capitol CRAP!!\o/ |

That quote button thing never works for me. I have to copy the quote, then paste, then hit the quote button...then the quote is plastered between lines of the same copy that I pasted....then I have to erase the additional copy of the quote, that did not end up in the quote box. Understand?

me and phil were looking for quote buttons one time in there.i son't even know if they had them the last time i used it..so we were just typing From: someone bla bla bla[ /quote]
so we knew we were quoting each other..
and reply is like having to scroll all the way back up to the OP to reply to them |

Couldbe is right, you have to login. If you don't tell it to log you in automatically, it will log you out pretty quickly.
Another thing to know: You can switch between the default Threaded view to Flat view (useful if you just want to see the last few posts in a thread). BUT I think the only way to do this is in your preferences, which are under "Your Stuff". Another reason to just stay logged in all the time.

once you hit reply it opens the window for you to type - the quote button is on the toolbar at the top of the reply text box

Be sure to log in BEFORE you start pulling up pages. Otherwise, the flat version, that you specified, will default to threaded....and on the hot topics, it will take forever for the page to load.
Search tool is in upper right hand corner - good luck with that.
