I've just observed a debit on my credit card statement for an SL transaction that I don't recall making. It's quite possible that it's simply an old one that has taken a while to trickle through the system and reach my credit union, but I can't easily check this with the info provided on the SL website, because the account details they give only go back 45 days.
How can I get my complete SL billing history information? This shouldn't be a huge amount of data since I started on SL in April of this year, and so far it consists of less than half a dozen transactions, those being $L purchases. Ideally I would simply email the billing department and ask, but as far as I can determine, making specific support requests seems to be restricted to those who have a premium membership (as opposed to those such as myself who pay just as much to play but prefer to do so on an ad-hoc basis, when I have the cash available to chuck some in).
Is there an easy way for me to get my full billing history, so that I can compare it to my credit union statement and work out what is going on?

You need to get that from support/billing, there's no other way if you didn't keep those records yourself . When you request it, make sure to point out that you need your US$ history. And you should be able to put in billing tickets and have them answered, basic account or not.

does the statement show any date for the transaction? could use that to narrow down the search from the sl transaction history.

I'm in Australia, so often foreign transactions take a little while to show up on my account. The debit on my account is dated yesterday, but that just means that's when it appeared in my account. I could contact my credit union and get them to dig up the rest of the info, and I might do that if I have difficulty getting the info out of SL, but at this stage what I'm mostly after is a confirmation of how many transactions they record me as making, which I can then compare with the number of transactions that show up on my credit union account.
Anyway, the transaction history will contain four (or possibly five) transactions at most, so it shouldn't need too much narrowing down.

Well, I'm giving it a go and putting in a ticket. Given that none of their "special questions for basic accounts" topics quite fit this one I don't know how successful it'll be, but if they won't answer billing questions because of my account type, I'm going to have serious second thoughts about putting any further money into SL. Wish me luck. :-7
