Ok this has been asked a thousand times but once more for the newbies please.

Bear with me as the numbers are apporximate values for ease of typing

I want to buy L$ in game as this is supposed to be the safest way. I got warned about Ebay pruchasing.

I was thinking of a nice little nest egg say L$10,000 which would last a while and could be split with my my other avatar.

I find that the daily limit is US$10 = L$ 2500 = UK£ 5.00
(Yes I'm in UK)

I'm quite happy to buy L$ 2,500 per day over 4 days to make 10,000. and split it with my other avatar.

Will this be a problem or are there any pitfalls I should know about.

Thanks.

Hiya Ade23,

It shouldnt be a problem at all, allthough buying 10k lindens is a rather round sum. But you should be ok

LOL. If the daily limit really was that low it would be a *disaster* for the Linden Lab money printing machine! Read again.

It is $2,500 US Dollars. Not Linden dollars. You're talking around 650,000 Lindens.
