If Linden Labs cancel the account, do they legally obliged to process credit and refund USD from the account?

According to TOS, From: someone 2.6 Linden Lab may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without refund or obligation to you.

Besides, how LL reasons (unless they legally stands in the real world) are related to the process credit? USD in SL account - are they your money or LL? When you look at Process Credit pages, it says something like if your US account poistive - we owe you money. |

USD in SL account - are they your money or LL? When you look at Process Credit pages, it says something like if your US account poistive - we owe you money. Its very relavant If you are banned for scamming money - your process credit could be from selling lindens you scammed. It takes literally NO TIME to sell lindens. While is a good chance they wont refund anyone money - Im possitive they wont refund someone who scammed money. |
