My friend created an account a few days ago and he is not able to log in.
He tried resetting it. Still no go.
In the SL Blog it says the reset password problem has been fixed. So at least we know now it was officially broken.
My friend has tried to reset his password post-fix.
Still no go.
And it's impossible for him to submit a support request because it asks for his password! lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe we've missed something obvious.
My friend won't spend the money calling support from Asia. He hasn't even been in Second Life yet! =)

Make another account and use that to access the info? Assuming he provided correct signup details, he should be able to verify to LL that the account is in fact his.

Broccoli Thanks Broccoli, I did suggest he try creating another account. Hell of an experience for someone I'm trying to introduce to SL. Ha! I'll think twice before doing that again. =) - Infrared
