How do I make my Avatar run?

Hello, a bit of a newbie here, and this may be a totally bone question. Is there a command to make my avatar move faster when walking?
I've been on a CARP site and other Avatars seem to be able to run.
Have I missed something?
I would appreciate any help.

CTRL + R key... use the same combination again to stop running and go back to a walk.

It looks better though, if you get a Wet Ikon Animation overrider, and place a Good Run animation in it, the default one is a Little jerky Looking.
