Friends seems to be showing everyone off line,have met people in sl with same problem and talked to my friends in sl who show off line.

The 'presence' issue has been an off and on problem with SL. It doesn't surprise me at all that it's borked, given that the transaction history is twelve hours behind and that other SL to webpage info seems to be... well, behind.
