Want to hold Event on piece of property that I own (not on 'location' dropdown)

I own property in multiple locations. The problem is, my south property won't come up as an Event-holding possibility when I am asked to scroll through the location dropdown menu on the "Add an Event" page. Only my property up north shows up.

The south property is well over the required 512m in size. I would much rather hold the event there. Why doesn't it show up?

(P.s. The "Why can't I choose the location I want for my event?" explanation doesn't seem to help me.)

Thanks

Hmmm... I vaguely remember something about landing points - is one set?

Are the two parcels joined? Maybe that makes it show as one.

I tried narrowing what a "landing point" is by searching for it; all results basically assume you already know what it is! So I'm going to be a total newb and just come out and ask: Is "setting a landing point" the same thing as "Set Landmark here"?

When you are on your land double click the upper bar (where it shows the location) to bring up the land pane. Get the Options tab and at the bottom you can see "landing point."

(Or go -->World --> About Land)

I just looked to see if a piece of land I own with no landing point set is listed; it isn't. Let me know if that is it.

Also- a landing point is set to direct incoming people to a certain place. For instance, you might own 4096m2 but want people to arrive in front of your house not on your bed. The landing point takes all teleports to the parcel and puts them in one spot. Offering a tp overrides the function.
