Are all of the New Sims going up for Auction because that would hurt a lot of people who just do not have 1000 U.S Dollars to buy them and then they get nothing in the end.. Or are they putting up some of the sims for Auction and the other for First Land Sale ??

I forget which ones but I have seen in the title bar where it says first land, I think some of them are South facing waterfront in the South West part of the new 50 region block
