Sadly, unless there is a magical workaround that I am unaware of, there is no way to increase your prim count without purchasing more land.
Yeah, 117 does seem like such a small amount, especially to someone who is more interested in building!

Temp on rez is a temporary state which doesnt use any prims, but the items that are 'temp on rez' are deleted when the sim refreshes itself.
Theres some gadgets out there that are 'rezzers' that can rez multi prim items as 1 prim (i.e. the item rezzer itself) and use these temp on rez settings to create its item, and when the sim resets the temp on rez items (usually every 90 seconds or so) you get the item 'flicker' as it is regenerated - i.e. it disappears and reappears in exactly the same slot.

Is there a way to make rooms rez as you need them? I was thinking that most houses are divided into rooms like the bedroom, living room, kitchen, etc... Can a sensor be used to detect what room you are headed to so that the room you leave has furniture derezzed while the room you enter has furniture rezzed? Instead of having 20 prims per four rooms you can have 80 prims in each room. True it wouldn't work for more than one person in the house, unless you follow each other around, but the illusion could make a prim limited house more enjoyable. Feasible? Non-feasible? I don't script much so I'm not sure if it would work.

From: Bree Giffen Feasible? Non-feasible? It's feasible (there's a picnic blanket you sit on that rezzes different houses/settings on command) but not very practical. While a script can rez a no-copy item in its inventory, it can't take it back again, so once it's out, it's out to stay until you put it back. The only way it would work is if every single piece of the house including furniture, decorations, plants, etc was copy which is almost non-existant for store bought furniture (I haven't seen it anyway ).

You could ask the creator for copy yes/ transfer no versions?

From: Gregg Barrymore Someone mentioned to me temp on rez would help any clue what it is? If you want an example of that, teleport to my house (you can use the "picks" in my profile). The flowers and grass in front of my house are "temp on rezz"... and there it gives the awesome effect of ever blooming flowers . Morwen.

*hmm* True, temp on rez is a limited work around, hadn't thought of that.

Or take up the house and have a bedouin tent instead. You don't need a bathroom or kitchen in SL. I have one and love it - much better than a house It's 47 prims and all you need in the way of furniture is a rug with various sits. My place is in Uli and if you want to have a look IM me in world.
