new bug or is it me?

I downloaded the new viewer tonight and I've noticed that whatever I type is in caps (no, my caplocks aren't on, I checked). For most things this isn't a big deal, except when trying to use channel commands. Whenever trying to type "/" I'm getting "?"

I tried using reverse psychology and using my caplocks to get the correct character, but nothing helps. Is anyone else getting this or has my keyboard just gone wacky?

Just tried typing in world. It worked fine for me.
