Hello, I'm not sure if this has been posted before... I had a quick look but didn't see anything immediately (and i'm rather lazy really). Is there any way to choose for your avatar to only be logged on from one computer / IP address? For example could I log in as my avatar from just the computer in my home, and nowhere else? I wasn't sure if this was something that could be done, but it would be incredibly helpful if it could... Hope this makes sense, sorry for being lazy, -Elias

Surely, if you only want to be logged in from your computer at home, you only log in from there? .... or am I totally confused?

Lol oops, sorry for confusing you I'm paranoid that someone might get hold of my password (even though i've pretty much got it covered - so it really is just paranoia, lol ) but I was worried, because I've had a few random stray IMs that make no sense to me (people 'replying' to an IM I never sent, never even heard of the person before), and a lot of people on my friends list suddenly seem to dislike me - I thought that was kind of strange so i'm trying to eliminate by stopping my account being used by anyone but me at my computer. Sorry for not explaining properly.

Also if you think someone might know your password change it.
Click on "My Account" on the homepage and its in the list on the right.

Make sure your password contains letters and numbers and even upper and lower case, this makes it hard to crack. Never click on links unless you know what they are and trust the person.
I assume you also have a good firewall?

Hehe thank you all for your help Yes, my password had all those things and was relatively long and I changed it to something now which has punctuation included. But i'm very paranoid about this kind of thing since it has happened to me before and now I always take extra precautions to elimiate... apologies if I seem kind of useless. I have a functioning firewall and run regular system checks so I should be ok now with the new password. Thanks for your help.
