Streaming my own MP3's

Hi,

I have a MP3 file about 20 minutes long that I would like to play on my land looped.
Anyone know of a reasonably priced way to do this?
I looked at one service that charged $20 a month.

I was told about freeware program that helps with mp3's
if I remember right its at http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
personally I am just thinking though for my project I wish I could figure out how to find things in search to find how to add url's to objects

FD, Audacity is a good mp3 creation app but I don't think it manages streams uploading/downloading.
