I call content having been out at least 24hrs a fairly major rollback on a mainland sim. Especially one that is just recently being developed. I just got a tiny parcel to fill out my tier. Picked up a freebie bench early afternoon 27th & placed out a diving block & 2 beach towels ($1k value). They were still out late yesterday. Today they are gone & the bench is back out. How do I report something like this? I'm thinking its a possible bugged restart. Never known LL to rollback a mainland sim like this even under some fairly catastrophic conditions. Or have they up and changed their rollback policy? I'm not so worried about my 1k, as I am about the possibility of far greater losses. The land in this sim is quite pricey. I can see people spending some bucks to get set up when they pay that much for land. Simply at a loss on how to alert LL these days. I was handheld in my JIRA vote about trash crashes. Awful to feel like a n00b again!  Edit to add sim name: Lonicerae It's in the northern continent. |

That is very strange. I have seen them roll back a mainland region once or twice, but only when it had become so borked as to be considered almost a total loss. I think your best bet would be to open a ticket on the issue in the new support portal. Word on the street seems to indicate they've been pretty responsive in dealing with support tickets.
