Is anyone else having problems downloading their transaction history? I've tried several times over the last 4 days, on 2 different computers, and using 2 different browsers, and the download refuses to start. Can anyone help?

The files are not that large, so the download is over very quickly. Are you sure it isn't happening so fast that you miss it? Have you checked your hard drive to see whether or not they're tucked away in a folder somewhere? |

Nope. Just tried again. If I press the download button and wait long enough I get a "page cannot be displayed" message and yet I can see the TH on-screen no problem.
Thanks for testing it anyway.

I don't use the button. I use the little text link for the excel file.

Try veiwing the transaction history on screen, then copy-paste it into notepad. Not the most pretty way of doing it, but with a bit of effort, you have what you want.
