I am soooo GOOD! ![]() I predicted a month ago LL would stabilize land prices between 6-8 L per sm. yays for me!! It hit just below 8, and they reduced the number of sims they are releasing. This implies that LL is trying to stabilize the land prices much closer to the 10 L/sm range. |
