Yep. Happened to me yesterday. A quick trip to www.internettrafficreport.com revealed that the problem was between me and SL--nothing either of us could do but wait it out. You might try the same. My guess is that you're looking at a problem with network lag, not LL lag (though with concurrency being what it is today, that's also possible.)

Today, it was a new and REALLY exciting "Invalid Region Handshake" error message (turns out that my home sim was griefed and too lagged to handle inbound traffic--logging into a neighboring sim instead solved that problem.

Don't know if it was coincidental, but I restarted my computer and was good to go!
