Renting out a shop

With a lot of support of this forum I did my first steps in renting out part of my land. With some positive and some negative experiences. I now do my next step: I built a nice small medieval shopping street with 5 shops, coffee shop and a pub. I want to rent out the shops. It is clear to me that traffic is a chicken and egg problem, but where do I start? How do I advertise? How do shop keepers look for shops? How to price? Thanks for any hints! Violet
