Most recently, when I log in (Or my fiance logs in) all the clickable objects around me are highlighted in Red.

Now I know that by pressing ctrl+alt+t you can view all objects around you. However, I've attempted to turn the highlights off that way, and it still does nothing. The only common ground is the objects highlighted are clickable..which is useful if I want to know what is and isn't able to be touched...but it's annoying wandering around seeing red.

I'd appreciate any help that can be given.

Check your 'View' menu for 'Beacons Always On'. My client had this checked every time I logged on for a while, then it stopped doing it. Anothe of those SL mysteries I guess.

Also, if the "Beacons Always On" is checked...it can be toggled on and off by CTRL-N.

I tend to leave the Beacons checked as on and then toggle them as needed. Very helpful when participating in quests and treasure hunts. ;)
