Someone who was underage, but not anymore.

Let's say that someone was underage when they joined the adult SL grid, but aren't anymore, as in they had a birthday and turned 18. Is it possible for them to face any consequences since they *did* break the TOS at one point?

No, unless they do something silly like post about it on the forum. Otherwise, they have no way of knowing, as far as I know. Just don't post about it on the forum and you'll be ok.

Well okay, are you sure about that?

Let's say that this formerly underaged person was abuse reported for it, what do ya think would happened then?

If they are over 18 now, there is nothing that can happen for the use while underage. If there were underage, they would have been thrown into the teen grid until they were of age.
