Help, I cannot take off my shirt!

OK, when I take off a free tux jacket I have it doesn't remove. When I go to edit appearance, I don't see it but when I close it comes back on. I have deleted it from my inventory and cleared my cache but it is still there.

I even put on another shirt which makes it disappear but when I remove the new shirt, the tux jacket comes back.

HELP!

Go to jacket and appearance and see if it's there.

appearance>jacket>remove item

or you can click yourself and hit take off>clothing>jacket

i tried but it will just reappear...when I edit appearance after taking it off, i show no jacket.

Sounds like a "worn" flag error, i've gotten a few of these. Find the jacket in your inventory (not edit appearance) and r-click 'take off'. If it doesnt show that option, wear another jacket (has to be the same clothing layer, not a shirt) and then relog while wearing it. That usually fixes it for me.

Did you drag a whole folder to yourself? Maybe it's your skin. I hate to say this but clear cache and relog. or drag a new shape from your inventory onto yourself.

Lol that's just what i call it. I get it when I change a layer underneath another, then try to remove the top layer. System thinks its not worn but still shows on the av. Every once in a while doing a rebake doesn't fix it and what i said above is the only way i've found to fix it.

Anyway.. glad its all sorted now

The best part is, you know where to find a tux tattoo when you need one.
