I was wondering if any of you may be able to offer me a little (or alot) of advice regarding my abysmal fps rate.
I average 3-4. Thats it! A friend who uses SL has reported to me that he averages out at about 100.
I have followed advice in other posts about my SL settings, updated my graphics card driver (Raedon X1600 Series 512mb) and reinstalled SL, regularly clear cache etc etc.
I use Bell Sympatico as my isp here in Canada, and have what they call Ultra High Speed DSL. I never have any issues with slow downloads etc .. in fact quite the opposite, I get great speed (300 kbps)
I'm hoping someone out there faced the same issue and can offer me some sort of fix .. in return I will give to you my first born child.
