Casino Games losing debit permissions

Hi - does anyone know why casino games might be losing their debit permissions - so that although they work for a while - eventually they stop paying winning bets (blackjack, slots, lucky bucket etc etc.) and the script error saying that the machine 'doesn't have debit permissions' appears.

Happens with all manner of BJ Table (Yamabushi, Deluxe Blackjack, Cherry Charming etc.) and casino game - and its happened on both land I own and land i rent. I have to go round resetting these games whenever this error occurs - but surely they should just keep their permissions.

I know that happens when they are set to sale and someone buys a copy. Don't know if this is the case for you, but I had to set up vendors to counter the problem.
