You might get a better response from classified section.

Also, try open searches such as verified in the places tab, the most popular of those will be at top and then you can read the description to see. :)

You know, im suprised that people aren't aware that some kidsunder the age of 18 have creditcards. I was oneof the lucky few to get one when I was 13, but that was due to a bet with my parents >:). It is legal for me to play SL on the MG, due to the fact that I am 18 or older. But geez people, just because the person your cybering with has a verified account, it doesnt mean they ain't 18.

No, but frankly the availability to teens with credit cards isn't exactly the large scale of no verification at all. Many companies also flag the cards as 'teen accounts' and so they can't use it in many situations.

I'm not sure LL has the system in place, but I know it can be done. And as I said before, if a parent gives total access to a credit card, then they can see what's being done with it on statements and it would be parental discretion.

No hon, but it does mean that LL had their NAME as given on that card and an address that could possibly be verified, and that the information is most likely valid, and if they are under 18 then they LIED to get access to the main grid, and by using that credit card in the process, that under-aged kid used the card to commit FRAUD. That legally places that kid very solidly in the wrong, if any legal action were to come up. And if they also lied on the credit card application? That is another CRIMINAL ACT. Both are solid cases that could be prosecuted in a court of law. On the other hand, failing to enter valid identifying information on an unvalidated registration form to obtain web services is not a crime, as far as I know.
