Edit account details, where and how?

How can I edit my RL contact details for my account? I've only found a place to edit the e-mail address, but what about name, address and other things?

I even posted a support ticket in the support section, but that just got deleted by the support crew, no reply, no nothing.

Suzhanna, your real name should never need changing. As for address, I don't remember LL ever wanting to know my postal address. Why should they? They only need my CC details

That had occured to me Yuriko. I am mildly surprised there isn't a name change option having just looked at the options there are in account details.
There's certainly no need for LL to have records of postal addresses though. For legal purposes I suppose law enforcement agencies can get them through CC details if they can't hunt down where appropriate through IP numbers but let's not go there.

As I recall, they wanted a phone number also when you sign up. Those change sometimes, but no place to update. I don't remember them asking for an address.

Back when we first signed up, they did ask for addresses and such. (I don't remember for sure, because I've had a life since then.) I don't recall whether or not we were able to change the info once it was entered.

In my case, every few years or so, the post office decides to 'move' me by changing my address number/street. It's fecking annoying, because I don't actually move, but I have to UPDATE everything, everywhere. My phone numbers have been more reliable Fortunately, they haven't done this since I opened my account, but I'm waiting.. and wondering where they'll stick me next.
