Hi! I have lost part of the Library part of my inventory, for example the Linden Plants. After discussion with ´Live Help´ and some cache cleaning and rebooting they wanted to add me to ´the list´ for restoring the missing items.
Does anybody have some experience on how long that takes?
Thanks!

I reported missing inventory 3 months ago. I've yet to see any of it back...

Next time I log in I'll send you copies of the Linden Plants you lost. The items in the Library, unlike most items you might purchase, are freely available. Just be glad that what you lost cost you nothing.

Missing Library items as well

I have also lost a load of Linden items from Library - the ones I noticed (mainly) were textures (Atolls), but also the plants - it seemed to be any sub-folders within the main folders that had gone. This happened a couple of weeks ago, but I hadn't yet worked out how to report it (anyone?). I think it was around the time I tried 1.14 on my PC and kept crashing (reverted to 1.13 since then). I have cleared my Cache since then, that hasn't helped... Has anyone else found this? Is Live Help (while it still exists ) the best way to report? TY

Thanks! A few days? Few hours? I think they are still trying to track the bug that either gives someone multiple folders or takes them away. I do know that they have to manually correct this issue.

You cant lose the "Library" items
Those werent yours to begin with.
Perhaps you cant access them all? This is interesting if true.
Did you try uninstalling / deleting the cashe directory and reinstalling. When I do this it forces the system to look up my inventory from scratch (takes a few - 15 minutes)
I do this frequently.
Of course I never have lost any inventory personally - I have no idea if its related- It may be superstition, but it works for me.

There's a bug that causes people to loose certain folders in the *Libary* portion of their inventory, it's unrelated to any "normal" inventory loss and I haven't really heard of any fix for it . If you're having a friend transfer things from the library to you, make sure to tell them they need to transfer those items into their own inventory first or they'll get an error message saying something along the lines of "System can't transfer inventory" if they just try to give them directly from the library itself.

This happened to one of my accounts. The one I'd made for building, that quite liked using library textures. No subfolders there at all. Doh!
