Phone Support Issues

Our VOIP provider is having technical difficulties and we are unable to receive phone support calls on a consistent basis; some are getting through and some are not. Please bear with us while they attempt to get themselves sorted out, I will update when I have more information.

Cyn just didnt say that they were having problems with calls getting through did she....
(My question, Cyn dear... is how this is any different from any other time you try to call for support......??)

Ummm ... phoned Support at 22.15GMT last night. 6 minute wait but got through. Not VoIP though.
