Increasing Credit - Depositing Real Cash

I've never found a business that makes it so difficult to deposit funds. What's the story?

After a day of free, I signed for the quarterly premium membership. So today I try and deposit more funds to get some L, and after 24 hours I still get this message that I've reached my daily limit for making a Paypal deposit (premium $22 membership). I have a Business account there which is equal or higher than a Premium. Not sure why it's so hard to spend just a little money here?

SLExchange won't let me deposit there either because my account is not older than seven days.

Suggestions?

My bad, I guess. It did finally alloow me to make another deposit after 24+ hours. I could also make it for more than what I perceived was going to be a $25 max. I guess they want me to spend money afterall...
