How is the new support system for you?

I have been having a lot of problems on a mainland sim where I own about 1/4 of the sim. I sent an email to Concierge on Saturday and an email to the regular support address a few hours ago on a related matter - no replies to either (except for the automated replies).

How has your experience with the new support system been, so far?

Hi there,

I just want to reiterate what Robin said on the blog: we're transitioning to a new support system - but we aren't there yet! Concierge is moving towards 24/7 coverage, and the first step towards that will be increasing the hours of phone availability to include European/UK times. We appreciate your patience while we're in the process of implementing improvements.

Well, as has been reported in another thread here, I believe that AR's are working. Better than before.

It's still a black hole, because you have no indication that anyone got it or is looking at it, but I've seen griefers poof and cages poof. Could be coincidence, but I'm thinking it's not.

So, that's a good thing.

I wanted to update this thread...

My support issue got resolved when I called and I got through within about 2 minutes.

Conierge support has been amazing on the phone :)

I am looking forward to email support becoming just as responsive ;)
