What are some good tecniques to boost up traffic? I mean legitimate traffic... not zombies...
Since Le Cadre was upgraded to a class 5 our landmarks became broken, meaning that who ever has one of our landmarks end up on a sister island ... our traffic and sales have dropped quite a bit...
Its like we are starting all over again... and this has become very frustrating and I am unsure what to do, i don't want camping chairs, I don't want a club or a bunch of laggy slingo/tringo events... any ideas?

1) Host a grand reopening event and send invitations to everyone you can think of.
2) I'm not familiar with your business, but judging from your sig., I'd suggest some sort of fashion show event.

I'm sure others will have better ideas, but I just saw your post and thought I'd toss these two into the mix.

Put landmark givers at old location with the new landmarks. That's how I found the new Cake Island.

I am a HUGE fan of Shep Korvin's Mob Vend & Lucky Chairs. Free samples for potential customers to show their friends who are also potential customers, increased traffic, no zombies. I have a lot of fun making new exclusive prizes just for the MV and LC. I highly recommend them.

Links in your forum signature might help a bit, especially if the follow a phrase like "all clothing 50 lindens" or something like that.

If you aren't sponsoring stuff at The Shelter and NCI, maybe that would help.

Work on the forum signature ads - then post helpful responses to posts at these forums, sluniverse, secondcitizen, and stratics, every day. You get a reputation as a good guy by answering questions and your location gets advertised.

Have part of the place change appearance frequently so people have a reason to come back and see the new place.

got links in my signature and also the store was just rebuilt, I think I will plan a grand opening and fashion show... also already have lucky chairs, I love those too
